  • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly, verify reservations, issue room keys, and orient guests to the property's amenities.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Process room assignments, verify payment methods, and compute/collect final bills using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
  • Reservation Management: Handle room bookings, cancellations, and modifications via phone, email, or in-person walk-ins.
  • Conflict Resolution: Actively listen to guest complaints (e.g., room issues, service delays), conduct research, and provide effective solutions to maintain guest satisfaction.
  • Communication & Coordination: Serve as a central hub of communication by directing phone calls, answering inquiries, and dispatching requests to housekeeping, maintenance, and bellhop or valet staff.
  • Local Concierge: Provide information regarding local attractions, dining recommendations, and travel directions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Cash & Security: Handle cash drawers, process credit card transactions, balance daily shift reports, and enforce hotel security and safety policies
