About the Role

Elite Fortune Consulting is seeking motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as an Entry Level Customer Service & Sales Agent. In this role, you will represent leading telecommunications clients within a retail environment, helping customers discover products and services that best fit their communication and connectivity needs.


This position combines customer service, account management, and face-to-face sales. You will engage directly with customers inside a retail setting, assisting with new account activations, service plan upgrades, product recommendations, and account support. This is a customer-facing position designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.

This is NOT a door-to-door sales position. All customer interactions take place in a professional retail environment where customers are actively seeking information about products and services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs and recommend appropriate telecommunications products and service solutions.
  • Assist customers with new account activations, service upgrades, device selections, and accessory recommendations.
  • Generate new business opportunities by educating customers on available products, promotions, and service offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up support.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding products, billing, account features, and service options.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, account updates, and sales transactions.
  • Stay informed on evolving telecommunications products, technologies, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining a customer-first approach.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs focused on sales techniques, leadership development, customer relations, and product knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, hospitality, or a related customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
