Restaurant Line Cook

We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with consistency and creativity, ensuring every plate meets our standards of excellence. We operate a modern kitchen with a focus on high-quality meal preparation and precision plating. You will work under a highly experienced Kitchen Manager and mentorship in a professional, friendly environment where we prioritize training and community service.

Duties

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish
• Maintain a clean and organized station to handle high-volume service.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies for your assigned station.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and safe food delivery.
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained to promote a safe working environment

Skills

• Previous experience in food service and plating is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Strong communication skills and a "team-first" mentality.
• Exceptional teamwork skills with a positive attitude, ready to contribute actively to a vibrant kitchen environment

Starting Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending upon experience, skills and demonstrated ability. After starting, we pay for the value you contribute. We also schedule more hours for the value and commitment you provide.
