Dozer Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently
• Move, grade, and level soil, sand, gravel, and other materials
• Clear land by removing trees, brush, and debris
• Read and interpret construction plans, grade stakes, and site layouts
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
• Work with site supervisors, engineers, and other equipment operators
• Assist with site preparation and cleanup as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating bulldozers or similar heavy equipment (10+ Years Experience Preferred)
• Knowledge of construction processes, grading, and excavation techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and site plans
• Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
• Understanding of safety standards and regulations (OSHA preferred)
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license (CDL may be required in some roles)
