Short Term Assembler

Peoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a prominent client in Belding MI within the Metal Stamping industry.

1st Shift: 6:00am–2:30pm Pay: $17.00/hr Assignment Length: Approximately 6–8 weeks Start Date: Immediate

• Sit down assembly of small metal components

• Performing repetitive hand assembly tasks with accuracy

• Inspecting parts for defects, sharp edges, or imperfections

• Sorting, counting, and packaging completed parts

• Following work instructions and meeting daily production goals

• Maintaining a clean, organized workstation

• Working safely around metal parts and stamping equipment (no machine operation required)

• Ability to sit for an 8 hour shift performing repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Comfortable working with small parts and hand tools

• Ability to lift up to 25–40 lbs occasionally

• Reliable transportation

• Willingness to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment

• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
