Security Guard - Monday-Friday

We are seeking a Security Guard for an construction site to become an integral part of our team. This is a Monday-Friday assignment, 8:30am - 5:30pm. The selected individual will maintain a security desk and conduct access control periodic patrols of the facility. Full time employment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Access Control
• Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
• Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields
• Familiarity with security equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong attention to detail

Requirements:

• New York State Security Guard License
• References
• Smart Phone and related skills.
• Positive work attitude
• High-end Retail experience helpful but not required.
• Good Customer Service skills
