Medical Biller

We are seeking a Full Time Medical Biller to join our Red Bank, NJ Ophthalmology practice. The ideal candidate will have experience with insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, and denial management.

Responsibilities:

• Submit and follow up on insurance claims
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Resolve claim denials and billing discrepancies
• Maintain accurate patient billing records

Qualifications:

• Previous medical billing experience preferred
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and insurance billing procedures
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
