Construction Laborer

Job Responsibilities:
• Assist with general construction and production duties in a fast-paced work environment
• Prepare, pour, mold, and finish stonecast/concrete products according to company specifications
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely
• Load and unload materials, products, and equipment as needed
• Perform heavy lifting and move materials throughout the worksite
• Assist with assembly, installation, and finishing of custom stone products
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following safety procedures
• Support team members with daily production and construction tasks
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform general labor duties including cleaning, organizing materials, and site preparation

Skills & Qualifications:
• Construction or general labor experience preferred
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
