Job Description
Marketing Support Specialist is an onsite position, supporting the marketing efforts of the Medicare insurance agency. Detail-oriented person with excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidate needs to have the ability to deal with multiple projects with a variety of due dates and sizes. The ideal candidate should have a working knowledge of MS Office; project management tools; good phone skills; mature and responsible individual who can work independently in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate leads.
- Manage marketing projects, including execution and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of marketing initiatives.
- Work with web designer to update and maintain company website content.
- Work with graphic designer to create engaging copy for marketing materials, including advertisements, blog posts, and email campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Bilingual speaker, with Cantonese or Spanish as a second language
