Apartment Make Ready Technician

Location: Lansing, KS
Pay: $23.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Apartment Make Ready Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. This position includes basic maintenance, touch-up painting, trash-outs, and general apartment turn services.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies between tenants
• Perform touch-up painting and basic painting projects
• Conduct trash-outs for abandoned apartments and remove debris
• Complete light maintenance tasks as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Respond to on-call maintenance needs when required
• Follow directions and work independently

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license required
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Reliable and available for on-call needs
• Painting experience preferred
