Marshfield, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable General Laborers for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Marshfield, MO. These General Laborer positions are available on all shifts and offer competitive starting pay. • Previous manufacturing or general labor experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening

General Laborer Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of production and support tasks as assigned
• Load and unload materials and products
• Assist with assembly, packaging, or machine operation
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
• Support production team to meet daily goals

Schedule and Pay for the General Laborer:

• Full-time positions available
• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
• Starting pay: $27.00 per hour
