Shift Operator – Day & Night Shifts – 

Marshfield, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring Shift Operators (Extrusion Operators) for both day and night shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This Shift Operator role is responsible for safely operating extrusion equipment while ensuring all products meet quality and customer specifications. Requirements for the Shift Operator:

• Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Extrusion experience is a plus
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required
• Ability to operate hand and pneumatic tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or on a team
• Must be willing to follow established processes and procedures

Shift Operator Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor extrusion production equipment safely and efficiently
• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper product specifications
• Perform quality checks including wall thickness, diameter, length, and appearance
• Ensure products are labeled correctly and meet customer requirements
• Accurately record production and quality data
• Report defects, equipment issues, or changes in specifications to leadership
• Assist with line setup, tooling changes, startup, and shutdown processes
• Package and stage finished products according to company standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Schedule and Pay for the Shift Operator:

• Full-time, rotating schedule
• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 2-week rotation: Week 1 (4 days on / 3 days off), Week 2 (3 days on / 4 days off)
• Competitive pay $18.50-20.00/hour
