Maintenance Technician (1st Shift) – Food Processing Facility – Marshfield, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring a reliable Maintenance Technician for a first shift role in a food processing facility in Marshfield, MO. This Maintenance Technician position is responsible for supporting production by maintaining and repairing equipment to ensure safe, efficient operations. Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:

• Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment preferred
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues
• Understanding of safety and sanitation standards in a food production setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to minimise downtime
• Ensure equipment meets safety and food safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Work closely with production teams to support operational goals

Schedule and Pay for the Maintenance Technician:

• First shift (exact hours to be confirmed)
• Monday through Friday
• Pay: Based on experience $20+
