Material Handler

Material Handler (Forklift Operator) – Marshfield, MO Penmac Staffing is hiring an experienced Material Handler (Forklift Operator) for a fast-paced production environment in Marshfield, MO. This Material Handler role is critical to keeping final assembly lines supplied and running efficiently so production goals are met. Requirements for the Material Handler (Forklift Operator):

• Previous forklift operating experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
• Ability to lift, move, and stage materials throughout the shift
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment screening

Material Handler Responsibilities:

• Keep final assembly production lines stocked with product
• Operate a forklift to move materials safely and efficiently
• Monitor line needs and proactively restock materials
• Communicate with team members to support daily production goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Schedule and Pay for the Material Handler:

• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
