Put your electrical experience to work shaping the next generation of skilled trades professionals. We’re hiring full-time Electrical Instructors to lead hands-on training, mentor students, and create a safe, engaging learning environment.

What You’ll Do

• Teach hands-on electrical courses using established lesson plans
• Engage and mentor students with diverse learning styles
• Track attendance and grades
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom and lab
• Manage tools, equipment, and materials

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 5+ years recent hands-on field experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in shop/lab settings
