Responsibilities

• Balance tills, handle deposits, and maintain accurate record keeping
• Answer phones and provide customer support
• Perform data entry and organize office tasks
• Order supplies and support daily operations
• Assist store leadership and oversee team workflows
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams
• Supervise team members and support leadership efforts
• Use Microsoft Office Suite, retail management, and accounting software
• Provide coverage on occasional weekends and holidays as needed

Required Qualifications
