We are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume drive-in QSR concept. This role requires a true operator who understands every aspect of restaurant performance, from financial management and staffing to guest service and operational execution.

The ideal candidate has direct experience within a drive-in QSR environment, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of improving restaurant performance through operational discipline and team leadership.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, speed, and cleanliness.
  • Maintain full ownership of P&L performance, labor management, food cost control, and profitability.
  • Recruit, train, develop, and retain high-performing restaurant teams.
  • Drive operational execution while maintaining company standards and performance metrics.
  • Monitor sales trends, labor efficiency, food costs, and guest satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and operational procedures.

 

Qualifications

  • Previous General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in a high-volume QSR environment.
  • Direct drive-in restaurant experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L ownership.
  • Proven success in labor management, staffing, retention, and cost controls.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve restaurant performance through operational leadership.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Compensation & Benefits

 

Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 annually

Bonus Opportunity:

  • Monthly bonus potential up to $3,500 based on KPI achievement.
  • Significant earning potential for strong operators who improve restaurant performance and profitability.
