About Us

We’re a rapidly growing pediatric home‑health team serving families across the Greater Houston area. Our mission is simple: provide high‑quality, compassionate therapy services that help children thrive in their everyday environments. We pride ourselves on being organized, supportive, and therapist‑focused — meaning we build caseloads thoughtfully, communicate clearly, and make sure our team feels valued. Whether you’re an experienced OTA or a new grad eager to learn, you’ll find a friendly, collaborative environment here.

About the Job

We’re expanding our team and looking for dependable, licensed Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide pediatric home‑health services under the supervision of a licensed OT. You’ll work directly with children in their homes, helping them build functional skills, confidence, and independence. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive per‑visit rates, and caseloads assigned by location to keep drive time low. Current openings are available in Houston, Sugar Land, Missouri City, Katy, Cypress, Humble, Baytown, and Pasadena — with cases ready to start now.

  • Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress

  • Communicate effectively with supervising OT, families, and office staff

  • Maintain accurate, timely visit notes and documentation

  • Support children in developing functional, motor, sensory, and daily‑living skills

  • Manage a caseload that fits your schedule and availability

  • Uphold professional, ethical, and safety standards during all visits

Qualifications

  • Active Texas Occupational Therapy Assistant License

  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel within assigned areas

  • Strong communication and time‑management skills

  • Passion for working with children and families

  • Ability to work independently in a home‑health setting

  • New graduates encouraged to apply

  • Pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
