New Roads AC & Heat is looking for dependable individuals who want to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry. Experience in HVAC or construction is preferred, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC installation crews on residential and commercial projects
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Assist with ductwork and equipment installation
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow company safety procedures
• Learn HVAC installation techniques from experienced professionals

Qualifications

• Construction or HVAC experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Valid driver's license preferred
