Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: This sweet lady is 92yo, she needs general help to get around; assistance moving through her home, using the restroom, showering, med passing, meal prep and serve, she uses a walker and a wheelchair. About the care needs: Someone who is caring and patient and has experience with dementia. Ideally, I would prefer someone who has the motivation to take her outside for walks, maybe color, paint her nails, do fun stuff, etc... Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
