Babysitter Needed for my Children - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for someone to assist daily with our 3-year-old daily from about 8am-12 p.m. however, the schedule can vary based on work schedules. He is an early riser and loves going on adventures (walks, the park, playing in the dirt, etc.) He loves art; coloring and painting and loves to build. He has a hard time focusing on one thing and has recently developed some struggles with behavior and getting frustrated easily. He will need lunch during the hours scheduled or snack but most items are already prepped, will just need assistance getting it on a plate or opened.
