Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Openings include:
- Two elementary-level self-contained Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classrooms
- One middle or high school self-contained ASD class
- One caseload for students with cognitive impairments
You’ll be working in self-contained classroom settings, teaching, supporting, and advocating for students facing a range of significant challenges—both behavioral and cognitive. The opportunity is designed for professionals eager to make a difference in a dynamic, supportive school community.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid Special Education Teaching License (substitute certifications are not accepted)
- For high school autism positions: Bachelor's degree plus an endorsement in autism spectrum disorder or another special education area, with willingness to enroll in courses to obtain the endorsement if needed
- Emotional Impairments certification or Autism endorsement required
- Experience with a variety of behavioral needs, including mild to severe
- Familiarity with supporting students with significant disabilities
- Dedication to inclusive, individualized, and student-focused instruction
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students in self-contained settings
- Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior strategies
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student growth
- Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring
