• Two elementary-level self-contained Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) classrooms
• One middle or high school self-contained ASD class
• One caseload for students with cognitive impairments

You’ll be working in self-contained classroom settings, teaching, supporting, and advocating for students facing a range of significant challenges—both behavioral and cognitive. The opportunity is designed for professionals eager to make a difference in a dynamic, supportive school community.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Special Education Teaching License (substitute certifications are not accepted)
• For high school autism positions: Bachelor's degree plus an endorsement in autism spectrum disorder or another special education area, with willingness to enroll in courses to obtain the endorsement if needed
• Emotional Impairments certification or Autism endorsement required
• Experience with a variety of behavioral needs, including mild to severe
• Familiarity with supporting students with significant disabilities
• Dedication to inclusive, individualized, and student-focused instruction

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to students in self-contained settings
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior strategies
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student growth
• Maintain accurate records and progress monitoring
