Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in schools or pediatric settings preferred
- Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring

- Commitment to professional ethics and student confidentiality
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ functional strengths and areas for development
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student progress
- Document and monitor student outcomes, adjusting strategies as needed
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultation and training to school staff to create inclusive learning environments
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services that empower students in classroom participation and daily routines
