Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Mississippi

- Ability to adapt and organize therapy sessions based on individual school schedules

Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students in accordance with IEP goals
- Document progress, maintain service logs, and participate in eligibility meetings as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Develop targeted treatment plans and integrate sensory, fine motor, and adaptive skill-building activities
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, aides, and families to generalize OT strategies across educational settings
- Adjust therapy modalities to accommodate changing student needs throughout the school year
