Job Title: Maintenance Technician – 2nd & 3rd Shift (Direct Hire Opportunities)
Location: Youngstown, OH area
Schedule: 2nd & 3rd Shift Openings
Pay: $27–$40/hr (based on experience)

We are actively seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for multiple direct hire opportunities with leading manufacturing companies in the Youngstown area.

If you have strong troubleshooting skills and enjoy keeping production running efficiently, we want to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

• Diagnose and repair PLC-controlled machines (Allen-Bradley preferred)

• Support continuous improvement and uptime initiatives

• Work independently on off-shifts with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

• Strong electrical + mechanical troubleshooting skills (multi-craft preferred)

• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, robotics, or automation is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints/schematics

• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift
