Job Description
The Physical Therapist provides professional therapeutic care and supports healthcare staff in delivering quality patient services during the 1st shift. This role involves assessing patient needs, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to promote patient recovery and well-being.
Core Responsibilities- Assesses and monitors patient functional abilities and progress.
- Develops and implements individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
- Collaborates with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Documents patient care and observations accurately and timely.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to provide compassionate and effective patient care.
