Job Description
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract-based role offers the chance to work with a collaborative and dynamic school team, utilizing your experience as an Occupational Therapist to help students reach their highest potential. You’ll have the opportunity to design and implement therapy plans that foster independence and improve daily functioning in the school environment.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice Occupational Therapy
- Previous experience in a school-based OT setting preferred
- Strong understanding of educational disabilities and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to diverse student populations and varying caseloads
Responsibilities Include:
- Performing assessments and evaluations of students to determine therapy needs
- Designing and implementing individual and group therapy programs aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to ensure cohesive support
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Creating instructional materials and activities that promote skill development
- Maintaining thorough and timely records of assessments, progress, and services provided
