This Family Medicine opportunity offers a balanced schedule, procedural variety, and consistent referral volume from surrounding hospitals-all within a patient-first, autonomy-driven environment.
Practice Overview- Join a 49-bed general acute care hospital with recently renovated patient and provider spaces
- Work alongside a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice providers
- Manage a broad range of primary care cases with strong referral support from neighboring hospitals
- Practice in a setting designed for efficiency, workflow support, and physician comfort
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- One half-day off each week
- Rotating Saturday call with low frequency and minimal disruption
- Built-in flexibility to support true work-life balance
- Guaranteed base salary of 250,000 for two years
- 25,000 sign-on bonus plus additional call pay
- 75,000 in student loan repayment
- 40 days of annual leave (vacation + CME combined)
