A company is seeking Picker / Packers & Order Selectors to prepare customer orders for direct‑to‑consumer delivery in a refrigerated and frozen warehouse. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet productivity standards while working in multi‑temperature conditions.

$17 - $19/hr (Depending on shift and skill set) Reach Truck Drivers get the higher pay

1st Shift- 5 AM - 3:30 PM or till finish Monday - Friday / Sunday - Thursday

2nd Shift- 3 PM - 11:30 PM or till finish Monday - Friday

3rd Shift- 11 PM - 7:30 AM or till finish Monday - Friday

Work Environment

This role is based in a high-throughput, temperature-controlled warehouse that supports freezer, cooler, and ambient storage. You will primarily work in a freezer environment around 5°ree;F, with other areas ranging from approximately -20°ree;F to 55°ree;F depending on the site and storage zone. The work involves standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse while using RF scanners and standard material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and, where applicable, reach trucks or forklifts. You will follow established safety protocols, including the use of appropriate personal protective equipment suitable for cold environments. Shifts typically run from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on a four-day schedule (for example, Sunday through Wednesday or Monday through Thursday), supporting a busy distribution operation that requires consistent productivity and attention to detail.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
