The Packager carefully prepares, folds, and organizes t-shirts for shipment, ensuring all items meet quality standards and are properly handled in a clean, climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Fold t-shirts neatly and consistently according to established standards.
- Remove tags from t-shirts accurately and efficiently while preserving garment quality.
- Organize t-shirts by size, style, or order requirements to support smooth production and packing workflows.
- Perform packaging tasks, including preparing items for shipment and ensuring correct quantities and labeling.
- Support production and packing activities as needed to meet daily output goals.
- Inspect t-shirts for defects, damage, or inconsistencies and separate items that do not meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, following cleanroom and facility guidelines.
- Follow all work instructions and procedures with strong attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors promptly.
- Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.
- Proven attention to detail in repetitive, task-focused work.
- Ability to fold garments quickly and consistently to specified standards.
- Experience with packaging and packing tasks in a production or warehouse environment.
- Capability to perform visual inspection of products to identify defects or irregularities.
- Reliability in following written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a cleanroom or controlled environment setting.
- Comfort working in a production or fulfillment environment with repetitive tasks.
- Strong organizational skills for sorting and arranging products.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of general warehouse practices and workflows.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, NE.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
