This hospital provides surgical and anesthesia services across multiple specialties within an organized operating room program. The facility operates under a physician supervision model and maintains established perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery. Anesthesiologist coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

The area is a small city situated in the rolling foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in Western New York, a region known as the Enchanted Mountains. Clinicians on assignment may explore community theater productions, arts and crafts shows, and outdoor recreation at Knox Farm State Park. The anesthesiologist will provide locum tenens coverage during day shifts, working 10-hour shifts under a 1:4 MD to CRNA supervision model across 8 operating rooms. The surgical case mix includes general, orthopedic, and OB procedures. Call coverage is required, including weeknight and weekend pager call as well as holiday call.
