Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Wealth Advisor role based in Northern Virginia. The Wealth Advisor serves as the primary relationship manager for assigned client relationships and prospective clients. They will meet with clients regularly to understand their goals, assess their financial situations, and deliver comprehensive financial advice across planning disciplines.
Job Activities
Serve as the lead advisor and primary point of contact for assigned client relationships.
Develop and present comprehensive financial plans and ongoing planning recommendations.
Conduct regular client review meetings and proactively identify planning opportunities.
Coordinate retirement, tax, estate, education, insurance and investment planning strategies.
Collaborate with the firm's tax, financial planning, and investment teams.
Manage client onboarding and transition processes.
Provide guidance regarding portfolio construction and investment implementation.
Review planning analyses and recommendations prepared by associates.
Participate in business development activities and referral relationships.
Participate in the Client Investment Committee.
Leverage technology to efficiently deliver best-in-class service.
