ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist in Frederick, MD!

This full-time position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a school community, for the 2026-2027 school year. Working with younger students is incredibly meaningful, and you’ll leave a lasting impact on their educational journey!

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
• State licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results
• Strong understanding of special education law and assessment practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, educators, and families
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop interventions and strategies
• Support data-driven decision-making for interventions and academic plans
• Assist with behavioral assessments and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and timelines related to student evaluation and services
