ProCare Therapy is seeking a School Psychologist in Frederick, MD!
This full-time position is ideal for someone eager to contribute to a school community, for the 2026-2027 school year. Working with younger students is incredibly meaningful, and you’ll leave a lasting impact on their educational journey!
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology
- State licensure or eligibility for School Psychologist certification
- Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations and interpreting results
- Strong understanding of special education law and assessment practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, educators, and families
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop interventions and strategies
- Support data-driven decision-making for interventions and academic plans
- Assist with behavioral assessments and recommendations
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and timelines related to student evaluation and services
