Production floater Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $15.40 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)

Production Worker The Production Worker works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment assembling and preparing furniture components for shipment. This role involves.

• material handling,
• assembly,
• quality inspection,
• packaging,
• operating basic production equipment.
• The position requires attention to detail,
• the ability to follow instructions,
• and comfort working in a hands-on, physically demanding environment.

Production floater Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturin, production, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Schedule

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
