Shift: 7am - 3:30pm CST, Monday-Friday (overtime as available)
Location: Wanatah, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Carpentry Floor Truss Builder for our Construction client to start immediately at $18.00/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

Wanatah, IN–based off-site construction manufacturer that produces building components like wall panels and roof/floor trusses, and also provides custom design and supporting labor services—positioning itself as a turnkey partner for multifamily and production builders to help speed up build timelines and improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble prefab floor trusses for off-site projects
• Work in a warehouse/production environment (indoors)
• Measure accurately using a tape measure
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and repetitive motions
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain steady production

Qualifications

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Comfortable with hands-on, physical labor
• Carpentry, framing, construction, or production experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Safety-first mindset
