This is a PA/NP opportunity built for consistency, predictable weekdays, minimal calls, and dedicated admin time. Practice Overview
- You'll join a community-based outpatient practice connected to a respected local hospital and clinic network
- Broad primary care/Internal Medicine mix: acute visits, chronic disease management, preventative care
- Strong team model with MA support plus access to behavioral health clinicians and community health workers
- Minimal call: shared among APPs with nursing triage after hours (typically only once per quarter)
Schedule
- Full-time, salary-based: 40 hours/week with 32 hours of patient care and 1 dedicated admin day
- Clinic hours are weekdays with flexibility within a Monday-Friday window (no weekends)
- Typical volume: 18-20 patients/day
- Optional additional income available through extra call or urgent care moonlighting (if desired)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: 130,000 (full-time)
- 10,000 sign-on
- 10,000 relocation package
- 5 weeks PTO plus 2,500 CME
- Benefits package includes 401(k) with employer match, medical/dental/vision, life insurance, and long-term disability; EMR: Epic
Candidate Requirements
- NP or PA with an active Oregon license (no visa sponsorship)
- Current DEA license
- 2+ years of primary care clinical experience
- Comfort managing common primary care and Internal Medicine presentations across a full-spectrum panel
