Why Work Here?
Employees enjoy a stable and long-tenured workplace, reflected in an average tenure of 10–15 years and extremely low turnover over the past decade. The facility places a strong emphasis on safety and has achieved multiple years without recordable injuries, demonstrating a deep commitment to employee well-being. Team members receive paid breaks, contributing to better work-life balance and increased effective compensation. The culture is highly team-oriented and supportive, with a focus on setting people up for success, providing direct and honest feedback, and offering flexibility when occasional mistakes or attendance issues occur, as long as effort and commitment are shown.
Work Environment
The facility is modern, clean, and strongly driven by 5S principles—sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain—resulting in a well-organized, lean, and efficient workplace. It is well lit, climate controlled, and laid out with spacious aisles and clearly defined departments, including new production, wind service (disassembly), industrial (repairs and new builds), and logistics (shipping and receiving). Warehouse associates work with a variety of material handling equipment such as turret trucks, stand-up forklifts, sit-down forklifts, cranes, RF scanners, and shipping systems including UPS WorldShip. The environment can have odors such as paint and oil, but overall remains clean and orderly. Safety standards are exceptionally high, with a multi-year record of zero lost-time and recordable injuries, and all employees are required to wear safety glasses and steel toe shoes at all times. Team members receive two paid 20-minute breaks per shift. A company shirt is provided, and employees are advised to wear jeans or pants that they do not mind getting dirty, in line with the practical warehouse attire. The role follows a first shift schedule of 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and involves a versatile mix of forklift operation, material handling, and general warehouse duties rather than continuous equipment operation throughout the day.
