Healthcare Center – Schenectady Ave, Brooklyn, NY
We're hiring experienced LPNs for long-term care opportunities in Brooklyn!
✅ Requirements:
• Active NYS LPN License
• LTC/Nursing Home experience required
• Strong professionalism and patient care skills
• EPIC experience a plus
Multiple Shifts Available:
• Days: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
• Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM
• Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM
• Weekend-Only opportunities available
• Every Other Weekend required for weekday schedules
