Job Description
A growing construction organization is seeking a Safety Manager to lead and enhance its company-wide safety program. This role partners with field and leadership teams to ensure OSHA compliance, reduce risk, and build a strong safety culture across multiple job sites.

This is a chance for someone to be a part of a whole cultural change, with the autonomy to build and leave an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and improve safety programs, policies, and compliance
  • Conduct job site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
  • Lead training (OSHA, PPE, fall protection) and safety meetings
  • Investigate incidents and track safety metrics
  • Maintain OSHA logs and documentation
  • Support workers' comp, claims, and return-to-work programs
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of construction/roofing safety experience
  • Strong OSHA knowledge and compliance expertise
  • Experience with audits, inspections, and investigations
Preferred: OSHA 30/500, CHST/CSP, multi-site experience, bilingual (English/Spanish)

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
