Job Descriptions

The Material Strider supports production by ensuring materials are delivered to the manufacturing floor and inventory is properly managed. This is a fast-paced, active role that requires constant movement and communication.

Required skills

• 1+ years of previous experience within a warehouse/factory setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong communicator
• Ability to work in a high pace environment
• Ability to be on their feet for 8 hours a day 
• Ability to Lift up to 50 pounds consistently 
• Can pass both a background check and drug screening 

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with production teams to understand material needs
• Collect empty bins from production cells and return them to the supermarket
• Refill bins with required materials and deliver them back to the floor
• Ensure inventory transactions are completed when bins are empty to trigger replenishment
• Support incoming materials and ensure they are properly stocked
