Practice Setting:
- 438-bed regional medical center serving Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri with a 600,000 patient service area
- Award-winning medical center, named "Best Places to Work in Arkansas" for 10 consecutive years
- Level III trauma center with diverse medical staff and over 40 specialties offered
- State-of-the-art operating rooms and new equipment, including towers, video scopes, and more
- Comprehensive support services including Anesthesia, Radiology, Emergency Medicine, and Audiology
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
- 2-3 days per week in clinic, 2-3 days in the OR; flexible based on provider preference
- Call is 1:5 and taken from home
- General ENT position with heavy backlog of patients and surgical cases
Compensation & Benefits:
- 600,000 guaranteed salary for the first 2 years + production, plus a 100,000 relocation & signing bonus

- Up to 3,000 per year for CME, licensure & DEA reimbursements
