Machine Operator

Kelly® Professional & Industrial is seeking a Machine Operator to work at a premier manufacturing client in Salt Lake City, UT. 

• Operating simple automated assembly machines safely and efficiently
• Performing repetitive tasks and monitoring machine functionality, including starting machines from a powered-off state
• Interpreting and responding to machine faults, performing minor alignments and adjustments as needed
• Completing electronic batch records, production documentation, and inventory management tasks
• Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure high quality standards
• Weighing, counting, packaging, and labeling finished products
• Maintaining a clean workspace and adhering to safety protocols
• Demonstrating flexibility by operating multiple machines as assigned

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Are at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver's license (required)
• Can read and understand written procedures and documentation
• Have basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (preferred)
• Are comfortable working in a clean room environment and performing visual inspections (with or without magnification tools)
• Can lift and move objects up to 20 lbs and are able to stand or sit for the duration of your shift
• Are able to use solvents, glue, or solder as required in the assembly process
