Join our production team as a Machine Operator. You will play a crucial role in our production line by operating machinery, using a pallet jack to load machines, and performing setup and operations. A strong attention to detail is essential as you will be responsible for reading BOMs to accurately set up machines. Previous experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery as part of the production line.
- Use a pallet jack to load machines.
- Perform machine setup and operations.
- Read and interpret BOMs for proper machine setup.
- Ensure consistent quality and efficiency in production.
- Experience in production or machine operation preferred.
- Reliability and consistent attendance.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with general labor tasks.
- Inspection and CNC knowledge.
- Solid tenure at previous jobs.

Work Environment
Work in a warehouse environment on the production line. The environment can be loud at times. Safety gear such as long pants, eye protection, and high-visibility clothing is required, with steel-toed footwear recommended.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
