What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a School Psychologist in a K–12 setting
• State licensure or eligibility to obtain relevant certification
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations, developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and implementing evidence-based interventions
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities
• Compassionate and culturally responsive approach to supporting diverse learners

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting psychoeducational assessments and interpreting results for staff and families
• Developing and monitoring IEPs and behavior intervention plans
• Consulting with teachers, administrators, and parents to address student learning and behavioral needs
• Providing direct counseling services and crisis intervention when necessary
• Supporting the development of positive behavioral supports and multi-tiered systems of support
