Apartment Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19–$20/hr | Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

BG Staffing is seeking a reliable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Salisbury, NC (28147). This role is ideal for someone who can handle daily maintenance tasks, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service to residents.

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and staff

• Maintenance certification required (EPA or equivalent)
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
