Pay: $21–$22/hr | Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM

Alternating Between Two Properties (4 Minutes Apart)

BG Staffing is seeking a skilled Certified Maintenance Technician to support two apartment communities in Hillsborough, NC (27278). This role is perfect for a maintenance professional who can handle daily repairs, troubleshoot issues, and provide excellent service while rotating between two nearby properties.

• Complete work orders and general maintenance repairs
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready tasks
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and staff
• Alternate daily/weekly between two properties located just minutes apart

• Maintenance certification required (EPA or equivalent)
• Strong apartment maintenance experience
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
• Solid troubleshooting and repair skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
