Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20.00/HR+, based on experience
Duties:
- Prepare jobsites by clearing, grading, and organizing materials and tools
- Set forms and assist with layout to ensure accurate placement and dimensions
- Perform hand finishing of concrete surfaces to meet quality and project specifications
- Assist the foreman with daily tasks, project coordination, and workflow
- Support efficient jobsite setup and execution to meet deadlines
- Maintain proper use, care, and basic maintenance of company equipment and tools
- Keep jobsite clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Arrive onsite on time and ready to work each day
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous concrete flatwork experience required
- Knowledge of form setting, finishing techniques, and jobsite preparation
- Ability to follow direction and work effectively under a foreman or crew leader
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
