Physical Therapist | Up to $125K + $5K Sign-On | "Immediate Hire"

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. This position focuses on pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, orthopedic care, and spine rehabilitation in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. New graduates with a strong interest in orthopedics are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide orthopedic and spine rehabilitation using evidence-based techniques.
• Perform manual therapy, joint mobilization, and therapeutic exercises.
• Educate patients on recovery and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehabilitation staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Minnesota Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Experience or strong interest in outpatient orthopedics and spine care.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  

Schedule

• Full-Time or Part-Time
• Flexible schedule: 4×10-hour or 5×8-hour shifts
• No required weekends
