Companion Care Needed

About who needs care: My grandma has Dementia and lives at home with my uncle who takes care of her, cooks for her , cleans, takes her to appointments as needed. He is able to give her sponge baths but not full baiting and that what we need help with. I live in Fresno and can only come up once or twice a month and she definitely needs to shower atleast once or twice a week. So we are just looking for someone to go in shower her, change her and possibly do her hair & clean her nails. About the care needs: Dementia and she can barely walk. Services needed include: feeding, and bathing / dressing.
