Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My mother is currently on oxygen and has been recovering from surgery. She has chronic heart failure and takes a variety of medication. She struggles with daily tasks (e. g., sweeping) and mobility. She no longer drives, and would benefit from assistance in transportation to appointments, out to shop, and from companionship around the house or meal prep assistance. About the care needs: Someone patient, who can provide transportation, assistance around the home, and assist with daily tasks now that her mobility is struggling. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
